One of my biggest issues with the large security company we were previously using was the lack of customer service and details when handling resident issues (i.e. going to wrong apartments and incorrect information in reports). All of our tenant/security calls are recorded and LG&P treats tenants with respect and always provide us with a report in any unique situation. They also provide pictures in the reports. LG&P offers an easy to use, user portal that makes it easy to find notes on reoccurring property issues. Overall, LG&P is a great and reliable company that I recommend to everyone!"
