NEW PROPERTY/COMMUNITY MANAGERS OF PROPERTIES SERVICED BY LG&P SECURITY:

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNER(S) AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO INFORM LG&P SECURITY OF CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY. PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICES:

PARKING ENFORCEMENT IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE UPON CLIENT/RESIDENT REQUEST DEPENDING ON WEATHER/ROAD CONDITIONS, CALL VOLUME, AND PARKING ENFORCEMENT AVAILABILITY. FOR PROPERTIES WITH "PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY" THE ENTIRE PERMIT MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES AND NOT OBSTRUCTED BY TINTED WINDOWS OR OTHER OBJECTS. LG&P PARKING ENFORCEMENT SIGNS MUST BE PLACED AT THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE PROPERTY, AND MUST BE VISIBLE TO PASSING VEHICLES.PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAY BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR FREE BOOT RELEASE REQUESTS IF VEHICLE WAS PROPERLY IMMOBILIZED, WAS IN VIOLATION OF THE PROPERTY'S PARKING REGULATIONS, AND PARKING ENFORCEMENT FOLLOWED THE GUIDELINES PROVIDED BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE PARKING ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT. VEHICLE OWNERS THAT WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CITY CAN DO SO BY CALLING 775-334-4636 (RENO), AND 775-353-2324 (SPARKS). LG&P PARKING ENFORCEMENT DIVISION OPERATES WITHIN COMPLIANCE OF RMC CHAPTER 6.10 (RENO), SMC CHAPTER 5.78 (SPARKS). LG&P DOES NOT PROVIDE TOWING SERVICES BUT WILL ACT ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY AND CONTACT THE TOW SERVICE THE PROPERTY IS IN CONTRACT WITH. LG&P SECURITY MUST BE LISTED AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PROPERTY IN ORDER TO ACT ON ITS BEHALF TO REQUEST TOW SERVICES AND MUST HAVE A PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT ON FILE WITH LG&P SECURITY SERVICES.

LOCK-UPS & UN-LOCKS:

LOCK-UPS AND UN-LOCKS ARE NORMALLY CONDUCTED WITHIN A 60 MINUTE TIME FRAME DUE TO THE NUMBER OF LOCKUP REQUESTS AT THE SAME TIME. LOCK-UPS AND UN-LOCKS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER/ROAD CONDITIONS, CALLS FOR SERVICE (DISTURBANCES, SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, ETC.), AND OFFICER AVAILABILITY.
