A message to our valued clients

Thank you for your continued patronage during these challenging times that covid, political unrest, and increased crime presence. This past year has affected the lives of people in our community significantly. Our points of reference changed overnight. We were forced to modify instantly our habits and discover a new norm for work, school, and living.

Our number one priority has been and continues to be the health and safety of our employees and business partners. While we work to prevent the spread of the disease, we are working diligently to maintain operations and fulfill clients services. We are committed to keeping our clients informed of the latest developments that may affect our business. The situation is changing rapidly, sometimes daily, and all we can do is try our best to adapt, communicate, and coordinate as effectively as possible with what we have available.

In order to protect our workers and patrons, LG&P Security has mandated numerous company wide safety protocols as recommended by health and law enforcement authorities. These policies are being regularly updated, and we are monitoring all employees to ensure compliance. In addition to precautionary measures, LG&P Security has established plans to handle cases of diagnosed or suspected infections and increased security threats to ensure the continued safety of operations. When a security employee is suspected of being infected we do our best to provide alternative coverage options based on security availability for your property. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding security coverage and/or billing. Accounting & Operations is working closely to ensure that our clients are billed and credited accordingly.

But through this collective experience, we’re all discovering a new strength. Community values are shining through in beautiful ways. For many, technology is helping break the isolation. Today, I would like to acknowledge the strength in our dedicated and valued team. Each team member works tirelessly, harnessing all their energy and skills to meet the needs of our clients and partners. They do whatever it takes to get the job done despite the conditions and hazards that come in this line of work.

Our communities need us now more than ever, and we answer an average of 800 calls every month – all while balancing schedules, concerns for health and wellbeing as well as that of family and friends, adjusting to a new normal at home, and for many, the impact of schools closed, childcare changes, and the absence of fun social things to de-stress.

For that, I want to thank all LG&P Security employees who have adjusted their way of working to continue supporting our valued clients and partners. I am proud of the work values, spirit, and unity I have observed in our employees as they adapt to a new reality. We have worked hard to increase the hourly rates for all positions over this past year as the cost of living increases, we want to provide our team with realistic and deserving wages that can support families and homes.

To our customers and partners, we know how extraordinary these times are for you and your business. We believe solidarity will help us get through this together. We will continue to provide you the utmost support and services. We also thank every one of you for ensuring payments are being made timely as we are a small “local” business that relies on these payments for payroll and operations. Delayed payments affect our valued team members and our company in significant ways. For questions or concerns regarding billing please contact us.

In these moments of uncertainty, there is one thing you can always count on—our commitment to you despite problematic and challenging times.

We are extremely honored to serve and partner with you today and in the future.

Together we are stronger!
